FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is an IHETC credential worth?

The institution issues verifiable professional certificates, carrying the validated skills and a public verification link an employer opens without creating an account. The exact status of pending accreditation applications is published on the page devoted to our regulatory status and updated at every change: we never announce a recognition before it is actually granted.

Do I need a fast connection to follow the courses?

No. The platform is designed for low-bandwidth connections: content is lightweight, videos are available in low definition and most of the work remains accessible offline once loaded.

Can I study while working?

Yes. Most programmes exist in a job-compatible pace, and short programmes are entirely self-paced. Each programme page states the pace on offer.

How do exams work?

Continuous assessment happens throughout the programme. End-of-module exams are remotely proctored, and the final professional project is defended before a joint faculty-industry panel.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, in three or ten instalments, at no extra cost. Payment is by mobile money, bank card or transfer. Employer funding is possible through a training agreement.

Are scholarships available?

Partial merit scholarships and preferential rates for groups and companies exist. They are assessed on file: contact the admissions office before submitting your application.

What happens if I fall behind?

The platform detects disengagement and alerts your cohort supervisor, who contacts you. The pace can be rearranged once per academic year.

Can I study from abroad?

Yes. Programmes are accessible from any country. Remotely proctored exams and defences take place by video conference, at times agreed with your cohort.
