You want to become someone, not to take a course
A career path restores order where a catalogue lines up modules: what you learn, in what sequence, for how many hours of work, and what you can carry out by the end.
Why a path rather than a single certification
A certification proves a skill; a path proves coherence. An employer reads a trajectory far faster than a collection, because it tells the order in which you built your trade. The sequence takes longer, and that is precisely what makes it legible.
The open paths, in work volume
Each path publishes its number of steps, its total of actual working hours and the fields it crosses. These are the three figures that let you know, before starting, what you are committing to.
| Path | Trade targeted | Steps | Actual work | Fields |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Site HSE officer | site hse officer | 4 | 110 h | 2 |
| Data analyst | data analyst | 4 | 115 h | 3 |
| Company accountant | company accountant | 4 | 120 h | 2 |
| In-house cybersecurity lead | in-house cybersecurity lead | 4 | 95 h | 3 |
What a path puts in your hands
Everything below is verifiable by a third party, without going through us. It is the form of value an institution can commit to from day one, and the only one that survives a check.
- Competencies assessed one by one, against a published framework
- Proof verifiable online with every certification earned
- The supervised hours you actually delivered
- A trajectory a recruiter who does not know you can read
- Permanent access to the content you took, to revisit once in role
Questions about the paths
Must the steps be taken in order?
The published order is the one that makes each step immediately useful: the notion arrives when the role calls for it. You remain free to enter at the step matching your experience, and the page states what each one assumes.
Can a path be taken while keeping my job?
Yes. The hours shown are actual work, which you spread at your own pace; the path page breaks it down step by step, so each step can be set on a period when you know you are available.
What happens once the path is complete?
You hold a portfolio of verifiable proofs and permanent access to the content you took. The natural next step is a professional qualification in the same trade, which raises responsibility to the level above.
Explore in detail
- Site HSE officerThey keep prevention alive day to day: safety talks, work permits, near-miss analysis, record-keeping. The role is less technical than imagined and far more documentary: what is not recorded does not exist on inspection day.
- Data analystThey spend most of their time cleaning and checking, not modelling. The skill that sets a good analyst apart is not technical: it is the ability to tell someone expecting a conclusion that the data does not support one.
- Company accountantThey keep the books, produce the statements and answer to inspection. The role is regulated, stable and transferable across seventeen states: a skill gained in Conakry applies in Dakar or Abidjan without starting over.
- In-house cybersecurity leadThey do not spend their days repelling sophisticated attacks: they get simple rules applied by busy people. The vast majority of incidents start with a reused password or a fraudulent message, and that is where the role creates its value.
