Thirteen fields, and what is really in them
Each field's counter is an argument as much as information: it says where we are deep and where we are not yet. Both deserve to be shown.
The base, in exact figures
These numbers are copied from the audited base, not rounded up. The total includes modules not yet assigned to a field: making them disappear would have been flattering, and false.
- modules in the base
- 444
- classified into 13 fields
- 434
- not yet classified
- 10
- at advanced level
- 8
The base is an intermediate plateau. It makes you operational, it does not make you an expert.
What depth means
A field with a hundred and forty modules and one with two are not equivalent, and we do not present them as such. Where we are thin, production happens on demand: that is a capability, not coverage, and the difference is paid in lead time.

Explore in detail
- Industry & HSEHealth, safety, environment and industrial plant operation. It covers the real risks of a site: electrical, mechanical, chemical, fire, work at height, confined spaces — and how to document them so an inspection can verify them.
- AI & dataData analysis, machine learning and professional use of language models. The field runs from a cleaned spreadsheet to a model in production — including the question always forgotten: where does the data come from, and what is it worth.
- FinanceGeneral and cost accounting, treasury management, financial analysis, taxation and banking operations. The field builds on the OHADA framework, applicable in Guinea as in sixteen other states — which makes the skills transferable across borders.
- LegalOHADA business law, employment law, contracts, compliance and data protection. The angle is practical: draft, review, prevent disputes — not comment on case law.
- EntrepreneurshipStarting and running a business: business model, pricing, operations, funding, growth. The field starts from a real activity, often already trading, rather than a theoretical business plan.
- MarketingCustomer acquisition, digital communication, selling and retention. The field covers the channels actually used in the sub-region — instant messaging, social networks, structured word of mouth — rather than tools designed for other markets.
- EducationPedagogy, training delivery, academic support and cross-cutting everyday professional skills: public speaking, writing, work organisation.
- CybersecurityDigital hygiene, access security, incident response and personal data protection. The field is defensive and organisational before it is technical.
- DevelopmentBuilding applications and websites, through programming or no-code tools. The field embraces both routes: the second covers a large share of an organisation's needs, and costs weeks rather than years.
- HR & managementRecruitment, HR administration, team leadership and skills development. The field connects two functions wrongly kept apart: managing contracts and helping people grow.
- DesignVisual identity, layout, graphic production and interface design. The aim is legibility and consistency, not effect: an unread document has no value, however handsome.
- HumanitiesSurvey methods, social analysis, written communication and understanding organisations. A small field by volume, focused on running a study and reporting it without distortion.
- LanguagesProfessional communication in a foreign language, usage-oriented: meetings, email, technical documentation. Two modules today — the thinnest field in the catalogue.
