Building applications and websites, through programming or no-code tools. The field embraces both routes: the second covers a large share of an organisation's needs, and costs weeks rather than years.

None to date — we display it rather than hide it.
The base is an intermediate plateau. Where the « advanced » column is empty, it stays on display: that is the most useful information here.
The reflex is to want to « learn to code ». For many real needs — a form, an order tracker, a shared board — no-code delivers in a week what code would deliver in three months. Knowing how to choose between them is itself a skill.
What these people actually do once in role — not the title on the payslip.
They design, write and maintain. The regional market mostly asks for maintenance of what exists, rarely greenfield work.
They equip their own department without going through IT. A rare and immediately useful profile.
They publish, connect services, fix. A regular entry route into development.
Order matters more than volume: a module taken at the wrong time is a module wasted.
What can be done without code, what requires it, and why.
A tool actually used, not an exercise that stays on the laptop.
Backup, handover, documentation. A tool with no successor dies with its author.
No, it is an engineering choice. It becomes a bad one beyond a certain volume, performance requirement or confidentiality constraint — and those thresholds are taught explicitly, so you know when to switch routes rather than discovering it in production.
The lessons read fine on a phone, the exercises do not. This is the one field in the catalogue where a computer is genuinely required: you do not learn to write code without writing code, and a phone keyboard makes the exercise discouraging before it is instructive. Better to know before enrolling.
