A certificate is worth only what precedes it. Here are the four links, from the first module to your own check. The last one is the only one that matters to you: it works without us, and that is what gives it its value.

What the reference tells you
What is attested
- The holder's identity, verified at an in-person enrolment
- The exact course title taken, with no marketing rewording
- The competencies actually assessed, one by one
- Supervised hours and the date of award
- The conditions under which the assessment was taken
What is NOT attested
- A level of professional experience
- Fitness for a specific role in your organisation
- A ranking or standing within a cohort
- Equivalence with another institution's qualification
If you notice a discrepancy
Write to us quoting the reference. We answer on the substance, including when the answer is “this document was not issued by us”. An institution that never denies anything certifies nothing: the worth of an attestation rests entirely on our willingness to challenge a forged one.
Recruiter questions
Do I need an account to verify?
No, and that is deliberate. A check that requires signing up turns an inspection into a sales funnel, and most recruiters give up — which empties the certificate of its value at the exact moment it was supposed to count.
Is the holder told that I am checking?
No. A notified check is no longer a check: it becomes pressure on the candidate, and it deprives you of the discretion that makes verification useful.
How does this compare with a state qualification?
They answer two different questions, and both are useful. A certificate attests competencies assessed against a published framework, and anyone can verify it online in seconds. The right question is which of the two describes what you are actually trying to establish.
